National conference qualification is based on your performance at State.
Place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in any event at State to qualify for your organization's national conference: ICDC for DECA or NLC for FBLA. This includes testing events.
Region and invitational placements do not count toward ICDC or NLC qualification.
